Today was a rare day with views all the way to the base of Mt. The morning was slushy with good running (sliding), while the afternoon became heavier, and later in the day it began to harden up, but we had a full day of lessons in good conditions. There are only three more "Ski Days for the Elderly" left (March 1 [...]).
It was supposed to be a mild spring day, but the bumps were ticking and rattling. We talked mainly about line and positioning. I've been thinking a lot lately how much I would love to ski the old-fashioned irregular bumps of mixed sizes. The snow is decreasing, but the season is still [...].
